Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. However, please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:

Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In the event of a partial refund, the following situations apply:

A book with obvious signs of use
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
An item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, not due to our error
An item returned more than 30 days after delivery
